Our regular FYFHA season typically runs from end of August through the beginning of November. Off-season, we encourage our teams to stay active by continuing to play field hockey and/or trying out additional sports! If your player is interested in playing off-season, you can find a list of local field hockey clubs below. FYFHA is not an affiliate of any of the organizations. If you have any questions, please reach out to the individual club teams.

Humble & Hungry Hockey Youth Camp - 6/16/25 - 6/20/25
Join us for five fun-filled mornings of skill-building, games, and excitement at our Youth Field Hockey Camp! Designed for players of all levels, this camp focuses on teaching the fundamentals of the game in an engaging and supportive environment. Each day will include skill stations, small-sided games, and team challenges that help players improve their technique, build confidence, and most importantly - have fun!

Academy Camps is an overnight sports camp offering specialized training for boys and girls who have completed 4th through 9th grade (~9-16 years old). We offer 12 core sports—Baseball, Basketball, Field Hockey, Football, Golf, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, Squash, Swimming, Tennis, or Volleyball.
Camp athletes train twice a day, every day, and the rest of the day is full of selected trainings (yoga, meditation, wellness, strength training etc.), activities (rock climbing, swimming etc.) and camp experiences (color wars, pickleball, athletes' lounge etc.). We take pride in the fact that we meet our athletes wherever they are in their development and propel them along their personal sports journey
In addition to sport-specific training, Academy Camps emphasizes a holistic approach to athlete development, incorporating performance and wellness training, athlete mindset development, and traditional camp and adventure activities. All field hockey is at Suffield Academy (which is STUNNING) and students stay in the dorms and eat in the dining hall (which is way too good to be considered school food).

Coaching: Julien Boyer is a former player for the French National Team and coached at the highest club levels in Europe. Currently, Julien is the Sport and Technical Director at Paris Jean Bouin where he has a storied history as a player and coach for their top men’s teams. As a player, Julien recorded 96 caps internationally and won the European Nations Championship in 2002 and 2006.
